Foal's name
Year you want for your Foal Inquire about available years for mares or send several choices and I will pick one that works. Only 1 foal per mare per year. Look at the stallions FFC (first foal crop) to know his first year for foals.

Your name and stable name
The name of the other parent and owner if not my own.
I need all this information to put on the certificate.
Pedigrees are done in Word and sent as a Word document.
When sending requests, please use something like Pedigree Request, Pedigree Request - QH, ATTN Jean: Pedigree Request. Quite often my spam filter catches requests and it may be a day or two before I check through it to see if there is anything there that shouldn't be. A good subject line will catch my eye if it does.
